We’re a growth consultancy that strengthens the digital presence of companies and brands in the Nordics and all across Europe. We work with companies such as Electrolux, Orkla, Academic Work, and with more clients rolling in we need to boost our analytics team by hiring an experienced Digital Analyst - that’s where you come in!

We are looking for someone who’s communicative and driven, interested in taking on the full scope of analysis and optimisation. You should be able to work strategically with our clients, know what is important in optimisation and be able to support our clients with defining and following up efficient and measurable goals.

We’re assuming that this isn’t your first rodeo, and would prefer it if you have been working with Digital Analysis and/or CRO for several years - because even if you’ve mastered the tools it takes experience to understand the many challenges our client might face. You will have to enjoy all aspects of the process - setting goals and KPI-frameworks, analysing data from numerous sources and presenting insights/recommendations in order to make decision-making easier on the client.

You’ll be hanging out with some of the nicest people around, so we’d expect you to be just as nice. Apart from that, you need to be structured, with a curious mindset - fully capable of generating your hypotheses and getting hold of the data that will put them to the test. Combining and interpreting data is child’s play in your book, and you love creating a good pie-chart or diagram in order to give your conclusion that extra oumph! Needless to say, you’re an analytic mastermind, comfortable with presenting your results to CEOs and corporate underlings alike.

You like keeping your colleagues close and our clients closer, being a radiant source of inspiration when it comes to data-driven work-processes, in a group or going solo. Bombayworks is a place for you to grow, where your past experiences is hard currency and you get the chance to impact the way we work going forward. As a successful candidate, you should be able to implement measurement plans (e.g. via Google Tag Manager) and we’d love it if you’re a bit of a techie, interested in improving your technical skills.

Must haves

  • Minimum of two years working with Digital Analysis or CRO.
  • Highly skilled at interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data in order to find actionable insights.
  • Highly skilled at creating impactful visuals presenting your insights (reports, slideshows, dashboards)
  • Skilled in CRO, A/B testing and usability-testing.
  • Skilled in using Google Analytics and similar tools.
  • Experience from making implementations using Google Tag Manager.
  • Speak and write fluent Swedish and English

Nice to haves

  • Experience from other fields such as Strategy, Project Management or UX.
  • Experience in working with Google Analytics APIs.
