About the role
As an Office Coordinator you will be making sure that colleagues and clients are enjoying our office environment. You will be tasked with preparing client-meetings, handling travel expenses and keeping the office nice and tidy. You will also be a point of contact for the Estate Manager while being in charge of fulfilling our need for office supplies and services. This requires an understanding for purchases and economy.
You will be responsible for planning events, big and small, for clients and colleagues in and around the Malmö office. This is a varying role and we'll expect you to be service-minded, autonomous and comfortable in tending to administrative tasks.
As our Office Coordinator in Malmö describes it, “it’s a very mixed role, I get to be both creative and administrative, but always with the focus of creating a pleasant atmosphere for my colleagues”.
